On October 17, at the operation site of 110kV section I transmission line in Bayinbuluk, a large excavator slowly drove to the foundation site of tower 185 along the color bar clearance access road under the command of the construction personnel. The construction personnel lifted the green dust net covered on the temporary soil pile, and the excavator began to backfill the foundation pit, marking the end of the tower foundation excavation, pouring and backfilling construction in this bid section, and the project will enter the stage of tower ground assembly and tower erection.
Bayinbuluk is the largest alpine grassland in China, with an average altitude of more than 3000 meters. The unique water and grass resources here have become a National Wildlife Nature Reserve. It is known as the hometown of swans, the grassland of dreams, the paradise of horses, and the 5A national scenic spot, which is also a punch in place for many tourists.
In order to protect grassland vegetation, before the excavation of tower foundation pit, the construction personnel will first lay color strip cloth on the grassland, peel off the turf at the tower foundation, place sand and stone on the color strip cloth and cover the green dust net. After the tower foundation pouring construction is completed, the foundation pit will be backfilled to restore the original stripped turf, and the plastic waste will be cleaned up to protect the grassland vegetation and ecological environment.
In recent years, with the rapid development of Bayinbuluk tourism service industry, especially the construction of Bayinbuluk civil airport, it is imperative to build a 110 kV power grid structure in Bayinbuluk town to meet the power demand of local load growth. Bayinbuluk 110kV power transmission and transformation project started construction in June this year and is planned to be completed and put into operation in August 2022.
Bayinbuluk 110kV power transmission line tower and transformation project integrates the new concept of environment and water and soil protection in the preliminary exploration, project feasibility study report and project construction design scheme according to the requirements of environmental protection in the new era. A number of measures are taken for construction to reduce the impact on grassland vegetation, water, soil and wildlife, Disclosure of ecological environment and wildlife protection and education and training of relevant contents were carried out for the mobilized construction workers, and a letter of responsibility was signed with the mobilized management personnel and operation workers.
The 110kV Substation under construction is located in the north of Bayinbuluk town. The construction of the main frame on the second floor of the substation has been basically formed. The station area covers an area of 3400 square meters, which is one third of the 5300 square meters of the conventional substation of the same grade.
"This substation is the only 110kV Substation in Bazhou power grid with the smallest floor area and no outdoor equipment area. Except for two main transformers, all other equipment are installed indoors. At the initial stage of construction, we stripped the surface turf in the area and cultivated it in different places according to the requirements of the government." Ma Fei, safety officer at the construction site of Bayinbuluk substation, said.
During the construction of Bayinbuluk 110kV power transmission and transformation project, the project builders also uniformly store and manage the construction waste and domestic waste, and regularly send special personnel and special vehicles to clean and transport the waste to the landfill designated by the government for treatment, so as to minimize the impact on the ecological vegetation and environment of Bayinbuluk prairie, Support a green umbrella for the reproduction of wild animals.
