On March 8, 2023, XYTOWER organized all female employees of the company to go to Lujiatan to celebrate International Women’s Day. The theme of this event was “Strive to be an independent woman”, which aims to encourage female employees to build self-confidence, pursue independence, and show the spirit of modern women.

  On the day of the event, the sun was shining brightly, and the natural scenery of Lujia Beach added vitality to the celebration. The company carefully arranged a series of activities for female employees to participate in, and the scene was full of laughter and the atmosphere was lively. The first part of the event was a knowledge quiz, covering topics such as women’s history, women’s rights, and career development. Through the interactive form, female employees not only deepened their understanding of women’s status and rights, but also enhanced team cohesion. In the question-and-answer session, everyone actively participated, shared their ideas, and showed women’s wisdom and charm.

   After the Q&A session, the handmade fan making activity aroused everyone’s interest. Under the guidance of professional instructors, the female employees enthusiastically made fans of various styles, which not only exercised their hands-on ability but also added fun to the celebration. Each participant drew a beautiful vision of the future on the fan, expressing their expectations and vision for the future. During the production process, everyone communicated with each other and shared their creativity, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.
