First of all, all necessary metal parts must be galvanized. During the construction process, attention must be paid to ensure the integrity of the galvanized layer. The iron tower must use galvanized steel pipe to make the needle tip, so that the thickness of the pipe wall can be greater than 3mm, which has achieved a more stable effect. The minimum tin brushing length of the needle tip can not be less than 70mm, so as to ensure normal use;
Secondly, the power tower should be installed vertically downward and firmly, and the allowable deviation of perpendicularity is 3 ‰;
Finally, lap welding can be used for welding, and its connection length must comply with the provisions of the industry:
The specification of flat steel is twice the width (and at least three edges are welded);
The use of round steel shall refer to the diameter of iron tower, which shall not be less than six times;
When connecting round steel and flat steel, the length also needs special attention, which must be controlled at six times the diameter of round steel.
