ZuoGong County belong to ChangDu City, Tibet. ZuoGong is one of the poorest areas across the whole China.

The main task of this project is to solve the power supply problem of 9,435 people in 1,715 households in 33 administrative villages in Bitu Township of ZuoGong county. These villages are very remote, people who live in these villages are troubled by the power shortage.

The Central Government always attaches great importance to the economic development of Tibet Autonomous Region. Improving the working and living conditions of farmers and herdsmen and increasing their income should be the top priority to government. At present, ZuoGong County relies on local hydropower stations for power supply. With the power demand increasing, the power shortage problem became more and more serious. Government decided to make investment to improvement the electricity infrastructure.

The whole project is EPC to China energy engineering group Shanxi electric power design institute Co., Ltd. Our company is the supplier to provide the transmission line tower for this project.

The project is a national “help-the-poor” programme.A new 110kV substation will be constructed and a previous110kV substation will be expanded in this project. The total length of transmission line is 125 kilometers and 331sets tower are included.

We are very proud to be the supplier of this project. The first shipment date was in the period time that the COVID-19 was breakout in China. In order to ensure the project process, all the staff of X.Y. Tower were back to office with masks and took the high risk to be infected by the virus. In the commitment time, we finished all 331 sets tower to the constructing company. the works we had done were thanked by clients and local government.
